Four of them do not hold.
She throws silk at whatever is nearby and most of it catches nothing. The web you end up seeing is the survivor. Being willing to walk away from the four that failed is the job, not a setback in it.

I answer the mail.
The person who designed the thing is the person who replies when it breaks. It is slower and it is the only arrangement where the next version is actually better, because nothing gets lost between the complaint and the fix.

It ships or it does not exist.
A plan is not a product and a prototype is not a business. Both of these have customers, invoices and refunds, which is the only test of the idea that has ever meant anything.
If you want one of them to do something it does not do yet.
There is no form and no assistant. It is my address, and I am the one who reads it.
